Effective Date: July 2026

At FLOF, we are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information across our online grocery platform, FLOF Café operations, mobile features, and physical campus points.

1. Business Structure & Shared Operations

  • 1.1 Multi-Branch Café Integration: FLOF operates a grocery commerce chain alongside our café locations: The Garage Café and BlockHive Café.
  • 1.2 Internal Data Sharing: Personal information collected from your grocery purchases, café visits, or online app interactions is shared internally across FLOF operations. • 1.3 Coworking Space Partnerships: Our café locations operate within shared coworking spaces (The Garage and BlockHive). We may share relevant operational, visitor log, or facility-related information with the respective management teams of The Garage and BlockHive to coordinate facility access, ensure security, and streamline joint campus or community activities.
